It was my pleasure to attend OnlyOneOf’s concert at The Avalon in Hollywood on Sunday, April 30, 2023, marking the group’s last stop of their Grand America Tour. This sextet consisting of KB, Rie, Yoojung, Junji, Mill, and Nine, are known for breaking boundaries with their visuals and experimental sounds, which definitely came across through their performances on stage. After conducting a deep dive into OnlyOneOf’s music before attending the concert, it definitely helped me enjoy the concert experience that much more!
A SUCCESSFUL AMERICAN TOUR

Since this was the last tour stop on the group’s schedule, there was sentimentality in the atmosphere. OnlyOneOf’s dedicated fan base, lyOn, made sure to showcase their support vocally, even when the members were not on stage. The group performed their most well-known songs, which were also punctuated by VCRs depicting the pre-recorded excitement that each member had before they started their worldwide trek to see lyOn. OnlyOneOf is also known for their diverse solo stages that belong to each member. For this stop, Junji performed his sultry R&B number, “be mine,” while Mill performed his spicy Hip-hop solo number, “beat,” with the help from his fellow members that took on their role as backup dancers.
Towards the closing of their concert, OnlyOneOf shared their favorite memories, and the cities they’ve performed in throughout their tour. The members also made the crowd aware that their company’s CEO was in attendance to watch them perform their final show. The show’s primary setlist was closed with their breakout single, “libidO,” which had a very exciting and eye-catching display.

OnlyOneOf is a group that isn’t afraid to take risks or break boundaries. It is clear that this group is on a mission to show the world their confidence and daring nature. While the group has only just gotten started on their worldwide takeover, their tour and concerts has proven that these six members are in the caring and supportive hands of their beloved fandom, lyOn. OnlyOneOf is a group to watch, and I would definitely attend another show in the future!
